• You warrant and represent that you have full authority and rights to grant permission for Art of Placement Membership and all visitors of http://www.artofplacementmembership.com/ to use, copy, reproduce, publicly display, publicly perform, (re)distribute and/or (re)transmit the media submitted by you without any restrictions and that the media do not infringe on any proprietary and/or intellectual property rights of third persons.

• You agree to follow the then current Upload Policy and Service Agreement and warrant that any and all information given by you to Art of Placement Membership is true and accurate.
  
  
• You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Art of Placement Membership, its officers, directors, employees, agents, licensees, and assigns from and against any and all liability, claims, expenses, costs or damages arising out of any misrepresentation or breach of any of the terms of this Upload Policy.
